I'm sorry, but this was handled very poorly:
zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/report-ab...hment-request-eleven As far as I know, coinflipping without having the money is scamming, and I would've sworn I've seen people get banned over such thing in the past, if not to just return the money. Think about it; if people are allowed to coinflip cash they do not own, isn't that scamming by itself? |

I've seen it be accepted before, but he's technically not caused himself to owe any money, so by rational thinking he doesn't owe JMT any money as he won? I can see both sides, and can understand where both you and Richard are coming from.

I mean, the user shouldn't be punished as no items have been lost, but it seems really weird we'd let this off without further action, the money should be returned at the very least, this seems to set a bad precedent. FYI anyone who decides that wants to reply, I know numerous people who do this when they haven't got jack shit money, so perhaps its time for things to change

It would be the users fault if he lost as it would be scamming, technically the user never scammed the guy he just made a risky move. If he lost the coin flip it would be counted as a scam if he didn’t have the money, in which many people have been banned for before. I believe this is where you are getting it from, it’s if the person with no money won it.
This was handled correctly, thank you for your concern. |
