I recently started building a new PC since my old laptop has been broken and i dissembled it about 3 months ago.I went into it thinking i'd make a very budget friendly build since I had just gotten a part time job and I was working very minimal hours.

I have gotten the case(Corsair Carbide SPEC-04),motherboard(I forget) and the graphics card(MSI gaming X 1060).The only part I can afford to spend a large amount on is the CPU (intel) .If you guys have any recommendations or websites that sell CPU's cheap that would be greatly appreciated.

It really depends on your motherboard but some suggestions are:
Intel:
8600 if you’re not planning on overclocking $250
8600k if you’re planning on overclocking $269
AMD: Ryzen 7 2700X (Really good processor at good price) $300
Ryzen 5 2600 $150
Both are really good processors but if you don’t plan on over clicking but want the 2600 go for the 2600x ($200)

Depends on the workload you're going to have it for, if you want a workstation + gaming station go for these:

i7 8700 or i7 8700K if you know how to overclock 370 euros
1070ti 450 euros
ASUS PRIME Z370-A 170 euros
Samsung 860 evo 1tb 160 euros
Corsair RMi series RM750i 120 euros

These will cover any use you possibly could throw at it, except maybe 4k recording, you'll need alot of HDDs for that.

Edit: these are all local prices because I can't bother going on amazon, maybe it's cheaper for you or more expensive, dont stone me pls
