I dont see why you would consider doing this, As it shouldnt be a public annoucement but instead something you and oxy should talk over, Instead of publicly exposing youself or putting youself of the spot, You and oxy should have a private discussion over this, And you right an apology to him and the people that your "Confession" would of affected and send it to them over steam.
