for simple coding and programing you don't need any spectacular laptop.

Generic business laptop to write code. You don't need anything fancy. I just use a DELL Latitude E7440
If you mean something for actually running things, it depends what you're actually trying to run.

In terms of just coding and/or programming, you don't need any particularly good laptop. As far as I'm concerned as long as you find a good laptop with good reviews and not any major problems, there won't be a problem at all.

If you want a more specific answer, feel free to tell me in detail what you will be doing/using the laptop for. Thanks.

I really want a bad ass laptop for college as i am taking ai course and to help me in coding and programing without any low quality
Ps. Doesn't cost alot

I would narrow down the GPU to an NVIDIA GPU because a lot of machine learning frameworks rely on the CUDA framework and the CuNN library, which as far as I'm concerned only NVIDIA has at the moment. I would go for the GTX 1060 6GB as a budget GPU. If you are willing to spend more money, go for something with a better GPU I guess. As far as CPU goes, it isn't entirely important but make sure to have a decent one.
