I like to be neutral on these kinds of topics, but that anonimous staff member sounds like a bigger dickhead than Micky ever has been. No offense to whoever thinks that about Micky, but if you're going to show that kind of an undeserved attitude towards someone who I know is entirely sincere about getting staff then the issue is the staff member themselves, not Micky.

Fair enough but in my opinion that is a silly idea to justify you not supporting someone if you don't mind me saying

I’m aware that it’s kind of a dumb policy but unless it’s an extreme case (like if Chummy chose to come back for staffing and applied for admin) I vote no for pretty much everyone trying to skip Admin, and although I’m sure you were a good staff member I just didn’t know enough about it to justify voting yes.

Could you explain what Chummy does that shows you that he should gain your vote over what I have done recently and in the past.

It’s mostly the fact that he was one of the best members of the staff team that I had seen, while I just didn’t know enough about you or your ability as a staff member to warrant an exception.
