If you want free video editing software, you're not going to find anything that will have very high capabilities for free, but you can get something like Premier Pro for a relatively cheap subscription based price, which you can get a discount on if you're in some form of education, which is definitely worth it.

You might be able to get something like Windows Movie Maker if you search around to find an old version of it, due to being discontinued

i agree with you at the cracking part and its not about expensive or cheap it is just i don’t want wase yhat much time on payment issues also all i will need to do is to cut videos and add sounds to the back ground for earapes ye so ill try all of them until i find those options again huge thanks both
