You get the Thunder Gun from crafting the blueprint which is obtained from a Blueprint case. You can get a printer booster (x2) from a blueprint from the case as well, and there are x3 and x4 versions which are harder to get as they're from cases only accessible from certain events from the past, but those cases can be obtained if a special event is on and they're apart of the event.
