Pretty sure it works for everyone, because I’m not a section mod for any of the sections I tested it in. But please, if people are gonna test it, just do it by using the edit button over and over again on one message

Editing does not always count for flood protection. For example on the forums there is a 30 second flood protection like here, however you can edit all posts within that time.

Is editing posts the only way you've tested this? Because it actually doesn't test it at all.

As far as I saw, the guy posted multiple posts within a 30 second timeframe. It wasn't simple editing.

The flood protection was reduced from 30 seconds to 9 seconds recently from what I've noticed. This only applies to posts and editing can be as often as you want. The 9 second cool down is removed for section staff of their section and global mods.
