TOPIC: Just shit about myself

I don't really think anyone knows this but I thought it'd be a good idea to post my more recent life events for no other reason than i'm bored and anxious.

So recently i've been going Gym to help not only with my physical health, but also my mental health. I've been going through anxiety and depression for the last 2 years and I have also been suicidal at times due to how bad my mental health was. I haven't been to the doctors yet for it as the idea of going makes me shit myself and i'd rather not be hooked on Diazepam then have to go through horrible withdrawals.

As bad as this sounds, going Gym recently has really reduced my depression and even decreased my anxiety slightly to the point where I can actually look forward to stuff and appreciate life a lot more. I would also have to say that the social aspect of Zarp has helped me a lot too, I remember playing SSRP would actually help my anxiety issues as it gave me something to focus on and enjoy, not to mention the Friends i've made in this community too have also made me feel better about myself and have given me some of the funniest moments.

I'd also like to add that Zarp could do with more conversation about mental health as it connects all of us who suffer from it, which is a great amount of people plus we can get relief from it too. Also please don't joke around on this topic, no matter how much you dislike me or think that mental illness is a joke.

I never had any suicidal thoughts nor depression, so i can't give you tips, as i never experienced that kind of events in my life, just stay on that way man.

I battled with mild depression for about 10 months until recently -- it's the worst thing that can happen to somebody, and it's validly considered a disability. The way I got mostly out of it is that I turned my brain off from anything else other than me, and I turned to what makes me the happiest so I could get the fuck out of it, I think that's the second best way apart from going to a doctor. Good luck man, there's not alot that can be said, it's a hard fight, hope you get out of it man.
