I got trained by luke an hour or 2 ago for admin rank on bhop, but he couldn't give me the rank so he told me you had to do it. I want to go to bed now but if you reply quickly i can come online if that is needed for you to give me the rank.

Well going from mod to admin on bhop the only thing you get added is the ban command, which he explained to me and asked me if I had any questions about it. Which i didn't.

You'll need to have Luke confirm it on the forums or have him msg him on ts or steam
