TOPIC: insolvable problem ?

I have an annoying problem which makes the game too hard for me.

As some of you know, I left before the Christmas update (last big update) and I did not, couldn't download the new contents which came with it like the new shields, white tuxedo and the other suits and Evo and more. I've talked this with moderators, admins, head admins, super admins and even with a community manager and they put some effort but i still have the same problem, so I'm here to want some help

Alright, I'll be thorough with this:
1:
Delete all the addons and downloaded stuff, subscribe to !content from the game (not the pointshop collection) and restart the
game.
2:
You can delete all the addons and the downloaded stuff, then just join all 3 SSRP servers one by one, downloading their content. Restart the game afterwards.
These are the two ways I've tried.
edit: if all of these don't work, try reinstalling the CSS textures, and afterwards if it still doesn't work, check the game and if THAT doesn't fix anything, just reinstall the whole game.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
