Download gmad extractor (i think this is it)
Download VTFedit (i think this is it) have a photo editing software (Photoshop or something like that) extact the addon you wanna edit with Gmad extractor. go to the file you wanna edit (this has to be a "Valve Texure File" open it with VTFedit extract it to a .tga file edit it to what you want for the texture on photoshop or whatever save it open the .tga file in VTFedit save as theoriginalname.vtf put it in the folder that it was supposed to be in. start gmod done Another usefull guide (more in detail) Click! |

Use Gmad to extract addons
Use photoshop to edit the .vtf files The VTF Plugin for Photoshop is really useful, it allows you to open VTF files directly instead of having to convert them first. developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Photoshop_VTF_Plugin |
