I can justify about 4 of them, I'd rather not publicly though. I told my concerns to Clarky about 5 days ago but he didn't them important enough, I'm sure Clarky knew what he was doing though so we'll have to wait and see.

Both me and Clarky agree that there are issues regarding the staff team, more so than we anticipated. We will discuss the matter further tommorow and we will ensure that the current staff team will be taught further how to do their job properly, if needed we will do so during the meeting.

For any staff members reading this: communication is key. Try to make the users' needs feel listened to and don't dismiss them. If they as akything that you cannot help with, refer them to the forums for further assitance. We will try to sort out the current mess to the best of our ability - none of us imagined that the possible issues would be this serious.
