TOPIC: Do you believe in Aliens?

I'm super interested in what people think about the thought of Aliens, personally I believe Aliens are real however, I highly doubt we will ever come in contact with them and also I do not believe that they look or act anything like we think they do.

I'd genuinely love to hear what you all think and why?

Statistically speaking, I'd say the existence of some kind of other intelligent life, be it more or less intelligent than us as humans, is almost certain.
We probably won't come into contact with them anytime soon, given out technology, but if some other intelligent life is far more advanced than us in regards to space travel, then maybe they will come and find us.
There's no telling how they would look or act, because that all depends on the situations of whatever planet they come from, and how they evolved, so I wouldn't be able to have much of a guess there, however it is possible that there would be aliens which evolved very similarly to us, so they could look and/or act similar if not the same.

The universe is huge too big for us to even imagine. I really doubt there isn't at least 1 planet out there that has some form of intelligent life. However, I doubt we will live long enough to see contact made between the two planets.

Believe is a strong term.
But I definitely do not rule the odds of them existing. I mean just look at how big the known universe is and imagine that the unknown might be even bigger.
With the billions of galaxies surely there might be some form of life that developped somewhere else even if it's trillions and trillions of light years away from us.

I've always liked to believe that there is some sort of creatures living out on other planets, but not how we'd expect them to look. It's a cool thought nonetheless.

I absolutely believe in aliens but want I want to know is why everyone is so scared that the instant we meet aliens life they'd evaporate us. We could meet another form of life and we could look like gods to them, yes it could be the other way round but it's always confused me.
