I just came back and I saw some questionable reasons to deny people, I hope it was simply Latram choosing the wrong things to say but can, for example, someone tell me what you mean by "Needs to show consistency" on Nafe's application, like consistency in what? activity? attitude?

His attitude is up and down. He acts nice and helpful then one week becomes a minge. Next week again acting and behaving well. He needs to have consistency on his behaver.
