I am a person who like to look/document people's opinions on certain topics
So here is one that can stir up some opinions,
People have their opinions on different topics or personal views, that is what an opinion is. So what makes you a good leader (and don't respond towards me, this is to spread opinions on this topic), please explain the traitor or characteristics of what makes you a leader and finally explain on how you became a leader.

Everyone has mix opinion and maybe the same opinion/story as one has. This is not looking towards the staff but a leader in general.

A leader as the name says leads a group of people. So you need to not only gain the trust of those people but also learn to make the right decisions for that group of people. If there is a problem most of the times it's up to the leader to deal with it. As a leader, I always make sure to help everyone even if they don't ask for it. This isn't all there is to a leader that's just what I could come up with for now.
