To have fun and make the most of yourself, do what you enjoy and make other's happy is your personal meaning of life in my opinion. Depends really, if you are religious then it would likely be to follow your religion to its core in order to get to whatever afterlife or reward is given for doing so.

Biologically/naturally speaking using other animals similar to us as a standpoint, it is to survive, explore and reproduce.

Speaking on the meaning of human life I'd say no one really knows, it could be to advance the human race technology or we could be going against our purpose entirely.

Speaking on the meaning of your life, that's for you to decide really, do what you want and what makes you happy, if that means feeling unhappy for a bit to get happier in the future then do that but ultimately scientifically speaking all the money you make, all the sacrifices you make, all the happiness and unhappiness means nothing when you die. So the only thing that matters is what you do while you live.

Above is all my opinion before anyone wants to get onto me

To be honest there isn't one as one day everything will come to an end so if thats the case then there is no point because we're in a cycle. We don't know how many times the cycle has happened and arent sure what cycle we are on so in essence there isnt one.
