So I was playing deathrun like I do, I died and typed "nword" Yes not the actual word, just nword. Now I got told to now loophole racism and I got confused because it's clearly not loopholing racism due to it being able to stand for "Nice" or "Negative" Now Robbin died and typed "Nword", He got muted and warned for loopholing racism and I think that's utter bullshit, he is now banned for 1 day for loopholing racism and mass disrespect. Mass disrespect isn't really ban worthy tbh and the loophole racism is clearly just something the staff are trying to get reasons to either ban or mute players for bullshit. I just want someone to say if this is loopholing racism or not, we never used to under context against anyone or anything. Thanks for readin

Our aim as a staff team is improve the experience for the people in the community, not to interrupt them whilst they are playing when it isn’t needed. We don’t want people that break very minor rules that have no impact on other people or servers being needlessly punished when a simple talk can resolve the situation.
On the game servers when possible we wish to see people using the mute, jail or freeze commands rather than banning or kicking people.

Keep in mind that the staff ethos is a guideline and it is here to protect both users and admins, but not to protect blatantly abusive players from justice.

zarp ethos being applied on deathrun is good yes

Please tell me how "nword" is in any way putting down an entire race of people.... Please tell me exactly why saying "nword" is a fucking 'loophole'. Not at any single point did anyone actually use N*****... THAT is higlhy offencive and is a bannable offence, not putting "nword" in chat.

Staff team on deathrun right now is literaly the worst I have ever seen it. People are here to enjoy themselves, and if they decide to troll then let that be their decision. I do not see a rule stating that if you put something in chat that the admins are too stupid to undestand is simple trolling you will be punished... Learn to play the game and not take it so seriously. You're literally killing the server by doing shit like this.

Do you not get the whole fucking point of this thread? He didn't fucking mean nice or negative but at the same time, it isn't loopholing racism. I say N-word all the time there is absolutely no reason to ban someone for that. A lot of higher-ups have heard me randomly say "Big N-word" and didn't talk to me or take action so why should someone be banned for it?

Saying "nword" implies the use of the so called nword. I'm sorry to say, but it is a loophole and as far as I'm aware it always has been.

Mass disrespect is bannable since Tyler's post which clearly states that users will now be banned sooner for all forms of racism, disrespect, harassment etc.

I'm unsure how many punishments he has and I'm not familiar with the Deathrun staff team, but I don't exactly see what you're complaining about here when it's all already been explained before.

I don't think it was on first offense, he said it at least 2 times and that is why he got warned.

If you want to appeal your ban, appeal your ban.
