My gmail account got hacked today and it has everything linked to it like my paypal, They've aded a 2 step auth, How can i get it back? I've tried to do the recovery process but it didn't work. Called google they said they couldn't do anything due to some shitty privacy act idk

Press forgot password,

If your gmail is linked to your paypal, and google doesn't care I'd try calling paypal and see if they could help you lock your account temporarily or smth.

If you have a credit card linked to your Paypal, you should immediately have that bank account closed and get a new credit card

Legaly you can't have paypal under the age of 18
