Just to clarify the above reason isn't the actual one, to use the actual reasoning he should have considering he's staff here they are;

Difficulty transferring from Teamspeak to Discord.
Community prefer Teamspeak so it seems.
VOIP is lower quality from what I've seen / heard.
Nobody wanting to help EMP set one up who has the capabilities setting up bots
