although this is not related to playing just need some life help/tips

so i have recently started studying quite a bit and now its just demotivating me when i do a past paper so just if you can help in tips as i am demotivated, it keeps me like sad all day, although i do get time off i just find the things i used to do or watch on youtube interesting anymore eg rainbow 6 videos don't keep me interested anymore
Please give me any tips that can help me a
