even though I'm cringing as I'm writing this i feel it's necessary to shed some light on certain aspects of ZARP.
yes, we do meme a lot on here and take things very lightly and make fun of everything, but ZARP has actually taught me or developed some things I already had.
getting exposure to different cultures is very important and effecient, and this was obviously evident due to each and everyone one of use being from a different background and such. (

i got to advance my leadership skills to some extent given that i was in the lead team managing, along with around 10 people, a team of roughly a 100 people. leadership skills are important btw
i did learn some new things on Office and Adobe, as well as some lua. now even though glua isn't very common it made me consider becoming a programmer, thus wanting to major in Computer Engineering in University.
overall ZARP was a good experience, not only is there all I mentioned above but I also met a lot of great people, some of which I'm friends with now, and had some fun time.
edit: thanks chute for making this available
