U tell me to appeal the punishment and it stands a high chance of being removed yet my demote request gets denied for bull shit if I appeal and it gets accepted it clearly shows that the staff member is wrong and did actually abuse and use the fact I said words in team speak to punish me in game so why does it get denied when u are basically admitting you are wrong and fucked up massively surely it should be accepted and u need speaking to whatever be biased as always nothing new there when it comes to appeals or demote requests or even anything remotely to do with the server

This logic is honestly disgraceful why tell me to appeal something when I shouldn't of even gotten it in the first place is a joke then denied the accurate demote request of the abuse is beyond retarded

If you said it in Teamspeak and not ingame you should not have been punished ingame.

I gagged you for the currymuncher comment, which we extensively discussed.

You did shout "Bhavya is Indian" or something along those lines down your mic, which was the verbal.

I didn't even take into account the thing you said on Teamspeak.

The offer for appealing is still there, but it won't be for long if you keep this attitude up.

What I cannot understand is why not just deny the report but accept the appeal in one go, rather than forcing a user to make another post?

Sorle based his punishment on something that legitimately happened and he felt like it could be counted as a punishable offense. He's already stated it has nothing to do with Teamspeak so stop hammering in on that and focus on what happened in-game instead.

Regardless of whether or not the word is racist or can be considered racist, I'd personally class it as harassment which is still punishable.

If Sorle believes that he handled the situation improperly and that an appeal would be accepted, then just fucking remove the punishment at this point. Sorle didn't make a mistake because he based it on actual facts, but if even he says that he can appeal just as well then just fucking remove the punishment.
