Yes yes yes, I think this would be a very good move. Discord is a lot simpler to use and it would be a nice place for the community to chat and socialise. It would also be a great place for announcements. I also think Discord would be better for the meetings. Also, the sound quality on Discord is perfectly fine.

I feel like Discord and Teamspeak were made for different purposes and that discord is intentionally made for smaller group sizes, so if ZARP were to switch to discord I predict one of 2 things happening, 1) No one uses the discord and it dies and there's less communication except for staff meetings or 2) It gets heavily used, the layout of Discord makes it look clustered and overpopulated and ugly.

Either outcome is pretty shit, Discord is not really designed for groups as big as this unless you use if for announcements and what not but that's what the forums are for.

Well, I know I was talking about the Discord to someone, and they were like umm were gonna make discord we just need to find good coders, or etc..
Let's be honest its pretty straight up forward, with discord bots u wouldn't need 20+ bots u would just need the Nightbot, then some bot for music or some for like ranking on the discord or so.
I'm not saying its really necessary to have the Discord, but like it would be even better there would be people on it, but it's not gonna be full as TS, but there would be people on it.To be honest, old players don't even give a crap about the Discord, just the new ones.Old players grew to use Teamspeak and that's period
Although it would be a good suggestion for the server!
