Para mentioned once how being a ZARP Community Manager seriously helped him get a job.

As stupid as it sounds, managing a gaming community with thousands of users worldwide does actually look good on your resume.

Not only that, it can help with social skills, aswell as problem solving and handling situations professionally.

Alot of jobs involve social skills online, but yeah I see what you mean. That's just something you need to work on outside of the community.

From someone that likes to be socially awkward on a daily basis I can confirm that being staff on ZARP has actually made me more condident in real life.

Being staff here is very fun and you get quiet a good amount of life lessons and things that you need to face, mostly failures for me. But you must learn from it sometimes good things sometimes bad stuff

Not gonna lie.
My initial motive to become staff was partly wanting to help the server stay clear of rulebreakers, but mostly wanting to be protected myself.
At the time I started playing there were a lot more players than now. And believe it or not but the staffing was even more horrendous than it is now ( Mostly because there was probably twice if not three time the ammount of F1 made on a daily basis ). And everytime I made an F1 just like everyone claims when you're not a staff nobody would come for ages and I'd only be met with a " No evidence can't do anything sorry ".
I lost quite a few expensive weapons at the time ( M202 and orbs mostly because I was a poor scrub at the time lol ) because there were a lot of assholes playing just to rip people stuff knowing that 80% of the time even if they were reported it would be too late or not enough evidence would be provided.

Being a staff member is like a natural shield that gives you a buff against rdmer because they know that if they fuck with you there will be immediate repercusions.

Tough I did and still do enjoy helping out people on the server.
