The only reason old players say that zarp is dead because the server doesent have 120+ players.
But as you can see right here, it seems that it's still alive.
The only thing we got now is, allot of new players and it's getting "new player friendly"
Which is a good thing, we get allot of new players and they acually stay.
Because most of the overpowered stuff is no longer here because of the old players are gone.

Omg lol I swear all I see you talk about now is zarp not being dead. We know it isn't. When people says it is they mean how SSRP has gone down hill and it doesnt have as many players as it did. Also how updates now stay for 3 times longer than usual just to try and get the player count up by having update in the title. I dont know what techniques are being used. But, playercount always goes down after the updates, it has always been like this.

The statement that Zarp is dead is not true but SSRP does feel more dead then 2 years ago. S1 is mainly AFK shop owner RP. Only other things that you can do is Raid PD or Bank. With all these posts do I care? No. It seems pointless making post upon post about the status of ZARP and whether or not it is popular or if it's in a declining state, honestly I don't think many people pay attention as long as there are people to play with in their desired server(s). It might not have as much players as before, but that doesn't mean it is dead. ZARP is still enjoyable and fun to play. And people always leave at one point, and people will come, that is just how it is. You can't expect someone to stay on here forever, at one point it gets boring for everyone. Like what wolfi said people will eventually get bored and decide to leave but then new people come around later and stay in this community for a certain amount of time then leave and just a constant cycle of that.

If a server is still having a Christmas Update a month after christmas just to get people to join I'm pretty sure that means it's dying and needs a way to keep people joining. Zarp needs a whole revamp and release and I'm sure it would bring back a good experience, But they decide to keep the server how it is and release more updates what bring more money into the server breaking the eco in a whole.

This could have been prevented by listening to the community and players from 2014-15 ( I wasn't one ), Who actually experienced zarp at it's peak and enjoyable time.

Now all what zarp is, Logging on, Killing some people at spawn with special weps.

Or

Logging on, Placing Printers, Get raided by some shit you've never seen before as you haven't played for a while.
