I asked for a refund and put a sc of my last refund req for a different situation by accident and he declined my refund when the fucking database crashed like a week ago

So calling him dumb is the way to go? Good one

He clearly stated that this was a clientside issue not a database issue, that's why it was denied.

Learn to read if you're going to call others dumb - it only makes yourself look stupid.
