Memeing on a serious thread has always been disallowed. The TOU states contributions must be constructive and in the aspect of report abuses/unban appeals I would definitely think they should be take seriously and not memed on. Yes I agree it all depends on the context it is used in yet over text it is quite hard to see if was actually meet to be discriminatory.

Yes I agree it all depends on the context it is used in yet over text it is quite hard to see if was actually meet to be discriminatory.

Thats when you have to look at the bigger picture and try to understand why that person said that. Are they friends with that person? If not it begs the question if they should be making that joke. Especially if the person in question had a history of deliberately targeting certain groups/individuals. But thats why the CM team exists to be able to identify that stuff with the help of community reports and take action when clear targeted harassment is taking place.

If you'd refer to Actual gay people you would wanna use a more sophisticated word known as homosexual.
