Implement a dispute system which requires evidence. When a dispute is made, the punishment must be reviewed by 3 or more admins based on the evidence given, and the staff member who gave the punishment must not be involved in the handling of the dispute. The evidence must also show what happened for a full minute before the incident occurred, to ensure no evidence is missed out. The sit is required to be shown, too, to maintain high accuracy. If someone wants to make a suggestion with this, feel free, but I don't really feel like it atm. Let me know of the flaws you see in this.
