No idea what I have done, but despite me having "Fullscreen" enabled, every game starts in borderless window mode (GTA 5, CS:GO etc etc..)

If you can help me I will give u new years present yes?

go to steam go to game setting launch option thingi and remove -windowed -borderless from it
