when im in gmod my mouse changes to this:



but when im in any other game or just on my desktop its normal anyone knows what happening?

the model name is system32
so delete it,it should fix it

i found out that its the steam big picture mode cursor but i dont even have big picture enabled.....

its a HUD addon maybe, search in your addons or go in, Steaapps,commons,Garry's mod,garrysmod,downloads,servers
and then, search for it or delete all your junk :)
