it LITERALLY says "Press YES to open the support website describing how to UPDATE your DirectX"

so i'm 99,999999% sure u need to update ur DirectX

Search up how to uninstall all directXs from your computer. Then reinstall them. It should fix the problem or at least it always worked for me when I had directX issues.
