TOPIC: Let's clear this up.

Now you may have seen the "F1 Competition" or "Pay Staff for F1s" on the forums, and I'd like to put my opinion into the works.
Being staff is voluntary, if you don't feel like doing F1s for the benefit of other players then why are you doing it? Being staff gives you power and responsibility to help users, not for your own reputation. As a community we help each other and provide that 'helping hand' to those who deserve it. Staff may be under-appreciated to most people but paying us to do our 'job' is hardly fair, we do it of our own will.
Money isn't everything and when the staff are overwhelmed instead of complaining, show some positivity and compassion towards the staff:
"/pm (Name) I'd just like to say you're doing a great job so far, keep going!"
We don't do what we do for nothing but sometimes we do get stressed but it's the fact that we're helping the community that gets us through, feel free to just speak to staff and although F1s may be left unhandled be patient and maybe just say:
"/pm (Name) I'm really sorry to bother you, but my F1 has been on for quite a long time, can you look into it when you have a spare moment?"
We get calm days and we get hectic days and what else can we say except
We love the community

This is what annoys me about the staff team the most.

The staff team on Zarp is awful right now, I can only name a few people who actually do f1's

I 100% stand with this statement/post, yet not all staff members stand united; many of them are moderators/admins out of their personal desire not to be rdm'd nlr'd and etcetera, hence why they don't give a shit about f1s
