TOPIC: Glitch or something

I got a weird glitch. I downloaded clarkys crosshair but it doesnt show for me i type hud_draw_fixed_reticle 1 but didnt show up i disable then enable join again but nothing happen or redownload wont happen. I put -dxlevel 90 something in my launch option and it deosnt do anythin. Need help!!

Have you closed and reopened gmod yet?

Oh yeah i got a custom crosshair i made a file put it in then i cut and paste it then transfer it to another file not in addons file do you guys think thats the problem?
