Sativas do work actually, they make you more focuse, give you a mind high rather than a body high and are generally good for daytime.

India are more relaxing and sleepy and give you the munchies. Can make you feel as if you're floating or melting

Hybrids are a mix of both and usually sold as "Medical" Marijuana. They are mixed to liking of the grower or mixed and used for certain medical reasons. Like Cancer, ADHD, Depression etc.
