The multiverse theory says there are an infinite number of universes, it states that everything that can happen will happen when given the necessary amount of time, and, as there are countless universes, they all happen.
But again, this is only theorising, nothing is proven and so we cannot assume this. But still there could be one where the Higgs Bosson is different and so the universe is “false” in some way. They could also only believe its false.
