so i was on steam and The Flash PMed me asking if i wanted to buy cash i said no because its out of game and I'm sure he was banned just wanted to show you guys he's still selling

The Flash is scamming, we've checked his accounts and he has no money. You can report his account to Steam for Scamming and Deceptive Practices though.
