You can trade in game money for a booster pack.
Or (and I am really not sure about this) you could talk to a CM about this and strike a deal for a paysafe or something (this is me talking out of my own ass, do not quote me on this)

Boosters are 50+m atm so fuck no. i would rather pay irl money
