They don't want to bother going through the logs for this because of your own behaviour. Considering the fact that they also don't go through the logs for small rulebreaks (such as RDM) nor are they under any obligation to go through the logs when the users don't have enough proof themselves I can hardly blame them - it's your own fault, really.
