TOPIC: Depression

Im suffering the last 4 weeks under depression, which is caused by I am thinking many times about suicide. Where or with whom should i speak about it?

Talk with your friends, family or contact someone you trust.
I have also been depressed once in my life, and i talked about it with my friends.
