Actually i think its even more fun that way (if you can spend some hours on the game)

I like grinding for stuff too but it gets to a point where it is too much just for base game operators because after you grind it all out and get base game you either grind even more for dlc ops or you buy the season pass+R6 to unlock year 1 ops
