It means that you can be the job you want without LIMITS not be the job you want by simply clicking it. All jobs that required you to vote, require you to vote. The role is designed to be one person as it is a leader just like you can't have 20 Mayors or 20 Police Chiefs.

Yes, I understand that. But the job is literally Leader. Like most places only have one leader. I feel as if this makes sense due to usually things needing only one leader. I also think if the job were to be accessible by everyone then it would be abused hardcore.
