As EMP said the community team are not required to present evidence where needed by others. This isn't something done to spite users but rather to protect the integrity of certain aspects of our servers when needed. Evidence is always required prior to a ban or other punishment being given and should be available in the case that someone wants to contest the ban or bring it up for debate in a meeting as to ensure that the user was fairly punished. In the certain case that I assume this thread is questioning I can confirm the existence of valid evidence but we are currently not in a position to disclose what that evidence is.
