I've been on the content workshop, I've relogged and I still can't see the bear, help?

Take the following steps and then rejoin the server:
Unsubscribe from the Halloween content pack: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=332403428
Exit the game
Go to garrysmod/downloads/server/ and delete any files with the number 332403428 in them
Restart the game and re-connect to the server the updated content will be downloaded automatically.
