if some one gives you 450 instead of 50 by accident and the price you agreed upon is 50 then you have to give it back why do you have to go all the way to chute to ask this. there is a chain of command for a reason follow it. For god sakes, I had answered it in game too to him but he just wants to go to Chute himself no matter what I said and shown him.

I'd like to point out, being a douche bag does not equal a CM ban. There are specific rules and guidelines that will lead to a CM ban. Without following these and just handing out CM bans like free samples you would lose any community on ZARP. He can do shit like that, as long as he doesnt break the rules etc..

But by agreeing to something, and then not following that agreement, aka scamming, that is bannable.

Yeah if you handed them 50 they would give you 45 change , so he should give back 400.
