He did not have two weeks of continuous activity. Aek had the same, howevever Aek did not have the same attitude issues the staff team has apparently seen with Bananaslanger. All negatives were taken into account and people decided that Bananaslanger didn't deserve the rank quite yet but Aek did.

Also, do not forget that Banana got demoted last time he was staff. That was also taken into account.
