TOPIC: need help with 2 things on ssrp

1. How do i get custom reskins for psg etc,
2. Why is my gmod haunted and on s1 i hear ghosts? and when im using the GMC savana i hear teamspeak notifications, Happend on 2 pc's now.

The teamspeak notification thing is fucking creepy. Every time I drive I hear a notification when I don't have ts open xD
