Why is he not banned if chute said it was a scam like isn't that unfair he clearly knew he was scamming and tricking people but still no ban how many chances does he get literally he just go un cm banned and he knew about the scamming rule and starts to do it Even chute said so why

First of all, I misinformed him as I got told it was okay by other high ranking staff members.

Second of all, Jonsey will have his money returned. Nobody else got scammed this way and lost money, so nothing else will have to happen.

Only if he continues from this point forward will he be banned.

This is a question but there's no question mark, really make you think if this is a question. or are you just scamming us?
