Video looks quite blurry and has a lot of compression artifacts. There's also quite a lot of ghosting in the video making it difficult to follow some of the movements. I'd advise looking into your render settings and making sure you only use 1080p or above video. You may also want to render the video at 1440p to increase the bitrate on youtube. The blur happens when he renders a 60FPS video in 30FPS settings, which is exactly what he did over here, the extra frames are not removed, instead they show up as "ghost frames"

If you're using Sony Vegas, right click on the clip, go to properties, and click on disable resample, if you're using a different video editing program, look up the "disable resample" setting and make sure to do it on every clip.

If you need any help with editing in the near future I can certainly help you out, just hit me up.
