The blur happens when he renders a 60FPS video in 30FPS settings, which is exactly what he did over here, the extra frames are not removed, instead they show up as "ghost frames"
If you're using Sony Vegas, right click on the clip, go to properties, and click on disable resample, if you're using a different video editing program, look up the "disable resample" setting and make sure to do it on every clip.
