How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? I would yell at them and bully the bully

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately. Ban, Kick is used when someone is violating the rules of the teamspeak in a exessive grade. And you also can set ranks and that is used to give the staff team their new ranks

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
